Step 1
Visit the portal and log in with your order number and the mobile number used at checkout. Select the item or size you'd like in exchange.
Step 2
We arrange a free pickup from your address. Keep the item unworn with all original tags on. Taking a quick photo when handing over to the pickup person is helpful — it protects you in the rare case of a courier dispute.
Step 3
Once we receive and verify the returned item, your replacement is dispatched.

Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and labels intact.
Step 2
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address below using any courier of your choice. Keep the receipt with you.
Step 3
Email your order number and courier tracking ID to mikromoon5158@gmail.com
Step 4
We process your refund within 1–2 business days of receiving the item. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment source. COD orders receive a bank transfer — share your account details in your email.
