How it works

Submit your exchange request on the portal. Select the item you'd like instead.

We schedule a free pickup. Keep the item unworn with all tags intact. Tip: Take a quick photo while handing the item to the pickup person — it helps in the rare case of any courier dispute.

Your replacement is dispatched once we receive and verify the item.

7 days from date of delivery.
Pickup
Free for most pincodes. For unserviceable areas, self-ship and we reimburse standard courier charges.
Limit
Up to 2 exchanges per order.
You'll need your order number and the mobile number used at checkout to log in to the portal. Order number can be found in your confirmation email, on the parcel sticker, or in the shipment message from Rose Theory or the courier.

All original tags and labels intact.
Raised within 7 days of delivery.
Not eligible
Items worn, washed, or altered.
Missing or removed tags.
Damage caused after delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days.
Damaged or Wrong Item
Important — report within 24 hours
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Reports after this window cannot be accepted.
